generations have changed, as well as the look and the updated dishes. They
offer Sichuan dishes and their famous hotpot. So you can choose the hotpot menu
where you get to choose your ingredients, or the traditional menu with a good
combination of dishes for vegetarians as well. They also offer a lunch menu on
weekdays.

now have Nobu in Barcelona, restaurant and hotel. It has just opened and I went
to try their dishes for their pre-opening in a secret venue. I met the corporate chef Hervé Courtot and his team. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and experienced it with an t exclusive Louis XIII cognac pairing. A unique experience. The dishes were filled with flavors and freshness, and cooked to
perfection. Looking forward to go to the restaurant very soon.
