Asian
food is comfort and light food, perfect for cold days and hot days like now as
well. Let us discover authentic flavors in cool places.
-
Shanghai: My favorite Chinese in town, was first opened in
Barcelona by the parents of Jose Maria Kao that came from China. It was the
first Chinese in Barcelona. Now their son born in Barcelona is the chef so the
mix of cultures is present while retaining the authenticity of the Chinese
cuisine.

I
am glad that now we have authentic Chinese cuisine in Barcelona and not those
typical red and gold restaurants serving oily “Rollos de primavera” and “Arroz
tres delicias”.
