Many of you have asked me, what vegetarian could you get in a Japanese restaurant? Yes we too can enjoy Japanese food and vegetarian sushis.
This is a small route among the ones I usually go to.
Shunka, is the sister of the michelin starred Koy Shunka. Shunka is a japanese Tavern with a large "barra" where you can see the chefs doing their artwork with the sushis. You could choose to sit there and have a great night. Always book as it is always full.

Kibuka, in Gracia is great! They are casually decorated and serve great sushis! I love it. Japanese with a Brazilian twist, you will find 2 restaurants and a takeaway, all in Gracia. Check the full review here.

I don't have pictures for these ones but I also recomend Shimanto in calle Galileu on Les corts for a good lunch menu on a weekdays. And the sushishop, perfect for ordering sushis at home. Their online order is easy and efficient. |
