Best of 2018 International Edition

This post is about my top 9 restaurants around the world. You can read here my top 9 in Spain.
China trip was a culinary joyful discovery. There are 3 in there – 2 in Beijing and one in Shanghai. Then we have five restaurants in the USA where vegan and vegetarian food is extremely taken care of. And finally one in Europe.

In Beijing :
Pure Lotus, beautiful restaurant with extraordinary fine cuisine, modern style of traditional dishes.

King’s Joy, a Buddhist restaurant had the tastiest Chinese food I have ever tasted. it's near the Lama Temple.

And one in Shanghai Fu He Hui. A Michelin star restaurant and on the worlds list of 50 best. Zen temple of haute vegetarian cuisine that offers a discovery of China’s exotic fungi.

Let’s now move the USA.

The Little beach House Malibu is the ultimate Californian vibes you are looking for. The view, Californian dishes with ingredients from the local farms is altogether a wonderful experience. Their impossible burger is the best veggie burger I have ever tried!

Went to Café Gratitude on Rodeo drive and loved their spirit and their dishes. “Our commitment is that our food, service and environment awakens you into a state of gratitude. We strive to source the highest quality, nutrient dense ingredients from local farmers and the best artisan producers. We believe food is medicine.”

Urth Café in Beverly Hills is an organic café with a wide choice of healthy brunches. Great taste and ambiance.

Bouchon Bistro is the younger sister of The French Laundry in Napa Valley , Yountwille. Chef Thomas Keller offers authenc fernch bistro food in that little town. Next door you have their wonderful pastry store. “The Vin en Carafe program at Bouchon features selections made exclusively for the restaurant from top wineries in Napa Valley and France.

Fang in San Francisco with the best Chinese food ever. Little sister of the famous House of Nanking, Fang is in the financial district of San Francisco. The Fang Family has been at the forefront Chinese Cuisine in San Francisco since opening their first restaurant, House of Nanking, in Chinatown in 1988.

Rutabaga in Stockholm offers excellent vegetarian food. “ At Rutabaga chef Mathias Dahlgren who has earned a cumulative four Michelin stars at three restaurants to date has been able to surprise everyone while creating a new generation of lacto-ovo vegetarian cuisine. “Quality fresh produce, with the whole world as a source of inspiration, is transformed into two exciting menus.
