While in the Gracia area, you have an ample choice of good restaurants I had mentioned in an old post: Post on Gracia. Kibuka is a good Japanese, with a Brazilian twist. You have one on Calle Verdi, where there is a nice interior patio with light coming in and one on Calle Goya which goes more with the spirit of the area.
You have a nice selection of Makis with some Mediterranean touch, many vegetarian options; nice Yakisoba, tempuras... It is perfect while you are in the area, for a casual dinner. You get good drinks too. Go when they open or it gets quite busy even on weekdays. You also have a Fast Kibuka on c/Torrent de L'olla, for takeaway. You can also have the chef en Casa, where a sushi master comes and makes his wonders for you at home.
