BelleBarcelone @ Bombay to Goa!

While visiting Mumbai, it is always great to spend few days in Gorgeous Goa! A wonderful way to disconnect from the world!
The monsoon season takes place in Goa during June to September, you can witness the rains, enjoy some rain party and lush green views. It is more quiet and less crowded during these months.
The best time to visit is from October to February, where it gets a bit cooler and you can enjoy and relax on the beach and witness some of December wonderful parties, such as the Sunburn festival and some exclusive New Year parties.
From March to May it gets quite hot and not many people visit Goa at that time, but you get good deals at hotels and you have a great time in a more quieter Goa. We went during that time and we loved it! It was a perfect easter break vacation.
Goa is a place to relax, have a drink at the poolside, walk on the beach, visit their wonderful flea markets and try their wonderful cuisine, Goanese and international.
You have the North of Goa with many restaurants and places to go around, and the South with beautiful hotels and quiet time as the Alila Diwa and the Leela.

We stayed at the Taj Holiday Village in the North. It has pretty  portuguese cottages, a huge pool with a bar, the beach. It is child friendly and not far from many good restaurants. The food at the hotel is good, the breakfast is wonderful as well as their room service.
You can rent a car or take a cab to go to other places.
