Last august we had a special celebration and the venue
couldn’t have been better.
Situated in the Côte D’Azur, Mirazur just moments away from
the Italian border, has a stunning view and its chef brings the best of his
Argentine-Italian heritage fusioned with the best ingredients of France.
Mauro Colagreco was born in Argentine and headed to France in 2001 and worked with some of the best as
Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passsard or Alain Ducasse.
In 2006 he settled in Menton in a 1950´s building and that
was the birth of Mirazur, where it won its 1st Michelin Star within
a year and its second in 2012. He is this year, number 4 in the World's 50 Best.
Our experience was a mix of all senses where the most
delicate ingredients met fresh vegetables to offer us a pastel palette in our
vegetarian menu.
