On June 3rd Mandarin Oriental began its series of Gastronomic Dialogues. Series in which
celebrity chefs, national and international, will accompany Angel León, el chef
del mar.
The 1st
dinner was held by the two chefs of the restaurants in the hotel Carme
Ruscadella and and Angel León. Two sensitive chefs from the north and south of
Spain merged and offered a menu for 40
privileged attendees. Atlantic and Mediterranean; were the protagonists of the
script elaborated by these two chefs.
After that
memorable meeting, in the coming months Bistreau will become a hub where gastronomic
menu will take shape in four special dinners that will begin in autumn: where chef Angel León will cook with four hands, hence with another prestigious chef.
The
Dialogues cycle gourmet dinners will start at 8.30pm and will be held in the
BistrEau restaurant for 50 guests and will cost € 230 with wine included pp.
