Brunch options in Barcelona!

A brunch is a late morning meal eaten instead of breakfast and lunch. A wondeful option if you are spending your holidays in Barcelona and you have the kids at home.
Here are some options:

  • Petit Pot Bistro: I just discovered this place and it's so cozy and welcoming. They serve brunch on weekends only but are open everyday from 8am onwards for a typical brekfast: croissants, eggs... Their card consist on burgers, sandwiches and salads. Their brunch has wonderful pancakes, as well as the usual eggs made all ways.  Plaza de Urquinaona, 4, Phone:933 15 59 61  Check the menu here
  • The Benedicte, in the Barri Gotic is very British in their menu as well as in their deco. They have a good variety of options and a special vegan beans and sausage dish. They also have eggs, waffles and pancakes. Brunch is from Thursday to Sunday. Closed on Mondays. Calle Gignás, 23 Phone: 93 250 75 11     Check the menus here

  • Agua, is a restaurant on the beach side. But they open early and offer breakfast, the typical toasts and eggs. It is not a proper brunch but with wiews of the Mediterranean sea what else do you need? On Paseo Maritimo 30. Tel: +34 932 251 272  Part of the Grupo Tragaluz.
  • Brunch & Cakes serves a lovely brunch and original bites all day long. Great to go for brunch, early lunch or dinner. On C/ Enric Granados 19.
