This week we have the Forum Gastronomic in Barcelona. This Forum started in 1999. It is celebrated aternatively beetween Catalunya and Galicia. 

This year it is presented silmutaneously with Hostelco  and the bar forum to offer us the Barcelona Hosting week. The guest country this year is Mexico and you have workshops and ingredients to learn about the secret of the Mexican gastronomy. We are able to learn about the innovative offers in the gastronomic market, the new cook trends, presentation of food trucks and street food concepts and some special activities and workshops with some of our most famous chefs. The 17th edition of Hostelco also offers the latest products  in catering and restaurant and hotel industry. It is still on today and tomorrow.
