Món Viêt, the casual Vietnamese!


Today’s post is a casual restaurant filled with flavors & colors: Món Viêt.
The little sister of the Capitole group ( Kiu Nam – Capitole de Vietnam…); welcomes you in a big space with colorful plastic stools. Street food style, MonViet  is the perfect space to enjoy delicious Vietnamese in a young & informal surrounding.
You get the paper & pencil to order your dishes and mark all your preferences & allergies: Nut, gluten, eggs, vegan, vegetarian...
“Món Viêt is ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom, coriander, mint, lime, fresh chilli, fresh vegetables.
Món Viêt is fresh & fried. It sautéed, grilled, boiled, steamed, it is the contrast between yin (cold) and yang (hot). It is phò & nem. Món Viêt is Vietnamese cuisine.”
