4 amb 5 mujades! Vegetables seen differently!

We are having quite a fine offer lately in Barcelona specially for us vegetarian. This is NOT a vegetarian restaurant; yet the protagonists here are the vegetables; the animal proteins is added subtly in all the dishes. The menu is divided in 4 parts taking inspiration in the biodynamic classification of vegetables: Root, Leaf, Flower & Fruit. It is a way to learn to appreciate the vegetables. The name is an homage to their orchard in Gava.

This cute restaurant in the Raval, adjacent to their big sister Succulent; is a joined project of Chef Toni Romero and his partner Javier.
I mentioned that it wasn't a vegetarian restaurant yet it's very easy for them to adapt to us vegetarian. We had an excellent meal, the service was great and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
